1. Shipping Fee (Domestic)

We provide a simplified and transparent shipping cost structure for all domestic orders.
Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $6.98 per order.

The applicable shipping fee is finalized and displayed on the checkout page before the completion of your transaction.

2. Sales Tax

Sales Tax: 0%.
West Coast Study Club L.L.C. does not collect sales tax at checkout. However, customers are responsible for complying with any specific tax reporting requirements or use-tax obligations mandated by their respective state laws.

3. Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders for physical products undergo a formal inspection and packing process prior to carrier dispatch.

• • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday.
• • Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays will commence processing on the subsequent business day.

4. Transit Time & Logistics Partners

We utilize established national carriers to ensure secure delivery of our physical educational products.

• • Carriers: USPS & UPS.
• • Transit Time: 2 – 7 business days.
• • Service Area: United States only (We do not ship to international addresses).

5. Total Estimated Delivery Window

Handling (1-3 Days) + Transit (2-7 Days) = 3 – 10 Business Days.

While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to carrier-related delays beyond our direct control.

6. Tracking & Address Verification

A shipping confirmation containing a tracking number will be issued via email once the carrier has scanned the package.

Address Accuracy: Customers are required to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. West Coast Study Club L.L.C. is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information. Any reshipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
