At West Coast Study Club L.L.C., we stand behind the quality of our physical educational materials. This policy outlines the specific conditions under which returns and refunds are processed to ensure transparency and fairness for our professional dental community.
1. Return Window
We offer a formal return period for eligible physical products.
Return Window: 21 days from the “Delivered” status as confirmed by carrier tracking.
Requests initiated beyond this 21-day period will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for an approved return, the physical item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be in New and Unused condition.
- Items must be in their original, unaltered packaging.
- All clinical components, inserts, and accessories must be included.
3. Exclusions
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sale or Clearance items.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Items showing signs of clinical use or damage after delivery.
4. Return Logistics Fees
Responsibility for return shipping costs is determined by the reason for the return:
- Customer Responsibility: For “change of mind” or incorrect item ordered, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Store Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the incorrect item was shipped by us, West Coast Study Club L.L.C. will cover all return shipping expenses.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
Claims for items received in a damaged or defective state must be submitted with photographic evidence of both the product and the original packaging. Please contact our support team immediately to initiate a priority review.
6. Exchange Policy
Direct exchanges are permitted ONLY for defective or damaged items for the exact same product model. For all other variations, please follow the standard return process and place a new order.
7. Refund Processing & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team:
- • Approval: You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 3 – 10 business days.
- • Method: Funds will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit/Debit via Stripe).
8. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact [email protected] with your order number and specific reason for return.
- Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated return address.
- Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit and ship it back to our facility.
