1. Payment via PayPal

We accept payments through PayPal, offering a versatile range of funding sources:

• • PayPal Balance: Direct payment from your account.
• • Linked Accounts: Debit/credit cards or bank accounts integrated with your PayPal profile.

Note: During checkout, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal portal to authorize your transaction. PayPal may perform independent security verifications per their internal protocols.

2. Credit & Debit Card Payments (Stripe)

We utilize Stripe as our primary credit card processor to ensure PCI-DSS compliance. We accept major card networks including:

Data Privacy: Your sensitive card information is processed directly by Stripe’s secure servers. West Coast Study Club L.L.C. does not store, transmit, or have access to your full credit card details on our local servers.

3. Currency & Pricing

All transactions are denominated and settled in United States Dollars (USD). The total amount due at checkout includes:

• • Physical Product Price
• • Flat Rate Shipping Fee ($6.98)
• • Sales Tax (Currently 0% at point of sale)

Please be advised that your financial institution may apply foreign exchange or international transaction fees if your account is based outside the United States.

4. Order Confirmation

Immediately following a successful transaction, an Order Confirmation Email will be dispatched to your provided email address. If this communication is not received within 30 minutes, please inspect your spam/junk folders or verify the email address provided at checkout before contacting support.

5. Security Verification

To maintain the integrity of our storefront, all orders undergo routine security screenings. We reserve the right to hold any order for manual verification if unusual activity is detected. Orders suspected of fraudulent intent will be canceled, and the funds will be reversed to the original payment source.

6. Payment Failures

Transactions may be declined due to incorrect credentials, insufficient credit, or bank-issued security blocks. If a payment fails, the order will not be finalized. We recommend contacting your card issuer or attempting an alternative payment method (e.g., switching from Card to PayPal).

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued exclusively back to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 3 – 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on the processing times of PayPal or your financial institution.
