West Coast Study Club L.L.C. | Professional Service Agreement

1. Business Identity

We operate as a specialized provider of physical consumer products designed for dental education. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and professional practitioners who interact with our Site.

All transactions are governed by our Payment Policy and Shipping Policy. We exclusively ship physical goods within the United States. Once a package is transferred to the carrier (USPS or UPS), risk of loss and title pass to the customer.

Our 21-day return window and refund procedures are strictly enforced as detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these predefined conditions.
