1. Ownership of Site Content

All content published on https://astonperformingartsacademy.com is the exclusive property of West Coast Study Club L.L.C. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Professional photography of physical products.
• Original product descriptions, specifications, and instructional text.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our product media is strictly prohibited and protected under United States copyright laws.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our team. This must include your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.

6. Policy on Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, the Company reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers of our intellectual property.
